Townsend Harris community members are expected to always treat others with respect and abide by the Ephebic Oath.

 

The New York City Department of Education Discipline Code prohibits harassment and prohibits students from bullying other students for any reason, including taunting, and/or intimidations through the use of epithets or slurs involving race, color, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship/immigration status, religion, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation or disability.
