Every fall, all families, regardless of income, are asked to please complete a Family Income Inquiry Form. Filling out the Family Income Inquiry Form directly impacts your child by securing funds for THHS programming. Additionally, if your family qualifies according to the information submitted on the Family Income Inquiry Form, you will be entitled to College Board (SAT) and ACT fee waivers, AP exam waivers, and college application fee waivers. Forms submitted online are processed quickly and you will receive immediate confirmation that your form was submitted. Please retain the confirmation information. If needed, there are a limited number of physical forms in the Main Office. Your child can pick one up and return it there when completed.
NYC provides emergency food assistance through food pantries (groceries) and community kitchens (hot meals). Here you will find resources NYCPS’ Office of Family and Community Empowerment (FACE) has gathered to help families find and locate food assistance. There are also resources shared by partners and are organized geographically.
